Judd was last seen on July 25, 2021, on a day hike from his camp, near Lower Merced Pass Lake, to Red Peak Pass.

A Jackson Wyoming resident, bartender, and local snowboard instructor set out for a solo hike in Grand Teton National Park with limited gear on a moderate 8-mile trail. Jarmin’s unoccupied silver 2008 Honda CRV was located by park personnel on January 13, 2021 along the north side of Highway 20, across from Goodell Creek Campground, about a mile west of Newhalem. Jarmen was last seen at his residence in Everett WA on Monday morning, January 11. He is believed to be suicidal, in possession of a firearm, and traveling with a small, white, Blue Heeler type dog.
