Terry was last heard from by phone on October 20, 2018. It is believed that he went hunting in the area just south of Sage Creek, which he knows well. His vehicle was located near Pine Mountain in Sweetwater County. Searches were conducted in the area with no sightings of him or any of his items.

It is unknown what he was wearing but might have an orange coat and rifle with him.
